Sr Digital Analytics Engagement Manager / Architect

Role Summary: 

Leads deployment of multi channel marketing solutions such as digital strategy, multi channel analytics and digital outreach technologies for Pharma companies' brands. 

As a multi channel marketing solution architect, leads the advancement of the client’s digital engagement with focus on data, analytics, personalization and channel integration; advises on and implements digital engagement roadmaps in partnership with client’s sales / marketing teams and IT departments. Drives consistency, coordination and IQVIA’s marketing solutions across the client’s brands to deliver a positive customer experience and strong integrated digital ecosystem.

Collaborates closely with the colleagues in IQVIA’s Global Multi channel team to leverage best practices in solution architecture and project deliverables. Aligns the Canadian MCM strategy & share back best experience / practices.

Demonstrates credibility in client relationship management during implementation of large-scale Multi Channel Marketing technology solutions projects (outreach and analytics).

Maintains high-level of client satisfaction for all implementations.  

Ensures coordinated / collaborative efforts across multiple teams and work streams.  

Builds up a positive client experience & entrenchment of on-going solutions.

Creates opportunities to upsell other Multi Channel Marketing analytics solutions such as AIML, outsourcing and consulting services

Experience successfully implementing and optimizing digital marketing programs.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic thinking, capability building, and organizational change management requirements necessary to realize the commercial model of the future for pharma companies' various business units.
  • Single point of accountability for the client on technology implementations or client engagement (all project deliverables)
  • Architects Multi Channel solutions including data, technology and services
  • Serves as the interface between the Sales teams, the client & the delivery teams to create the business requirements document for the final solution
  • Drives discovery of technology solutions with customer
  • Writes Scope of Work documents for client sign-off and internal delivery execution
  • Responsible for repeat business through entrenchment
  • Responsible for change request management to ensure the client maximizes the use and the value of the technology solution
  • Presentations and detailed planning documents for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Client status and program reports & total client experience and satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain external partnerships with leading innovators (chatbots) to support complete multi-channel outreach and demonstrate the value of our integrated solutions
  • Delivery and roll-out of MCM tools for marketing automation, new channels and MCM engagements that will impact engagements with stakeholders
  • Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of KPIs in MCM activities,collaborating closely with the customer’s insight / analytics teams.
  • Responsible to leverage analytics obtained during campaigns for actional insights into the IQVIA’s customer orchestration platform
  • Work closely with client’s digital marketing and CRM team members; flex team resources to deliver on priorities laid out by the Multi-Channel Marketing objectives and client Brand Teams
  • Ensure quality output while building capabilities for the organization while developing individual team members skills
  • Team is responsible for digital outreach management, social, email marketing, CRM, and other evolving digital trends.
  • Proactively stay abreast of innovative internal and external tactics and tools in order to push thinking of marketers and Multi-Channel Marketing
  • Partners with Commercial Analytics and Insights to improve data-driven decision making for evaluation of expected ROI of new tools / approaches
  • Partners with client’s digital agencies, serving as the lead for fostering the relationship with the agency & IQVIA.  Drive consistency in usage to ensure efficiencies of execution and scale

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 + years of related experience in consulting, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum (10) + years’ experience with increasing responsibilities in sales, digital marketing or related commercial function
  • Healthcare related experience or digital experience in consumer-packaged goods, financial services, digital agency, or other industries.
  • Minimum (5) + years’ experience with digital, managing interactive and/or relationship marketing strategies. Pharma industry experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience in digital strategy, digital platforms, marketing design and marketing execution
  • Understands CRM management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (and other industry leading marketing platforms), and the inner workings between sales and marketing
  • Look for new innovative ideas from within pharma and outside the organization to meet the needs of our customers, both internal and external
  • Experience: Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud technology
  • Possesses a vision for being a thought leader of healthcare brands, able to build a plan and execute to achieve
  • Ability to make sound business decisions by having a strong understanding about business, finance, and risks/benefits of decisions
  • Ability to inspire and empower others to be at their best and deals with corrective actions in a manner that inspires accountability
  • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate (verbally/written) in a persuasive and appropriate manner at the executive level
  • Deep project management experience
  • Possesses solid requirements gathering, client influencing and relationship building skills
  • Bonus: Deep understanding of the intricacies, uses and value of the IQVIA and other life sciences datasets
  • Strong organizational skills to run programs from technology solution blueprint
  • Supervise day-to-day work of multiple work streams and teams spread across functions
  • Ability to motivate, lead, coordinate teams without having direct reporting lines
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Deliver technical presentations appropriately tailored to audience
  • Technically minded but can connect with non-technical audiences
  • Broad technical knowledge of IQVIA’s OCE product capabilities (Desired)
  • Knowledge of standard project & program management frameworks and processes
  • Good understanding of the connected internal roles across Sales and Delivery
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with general internal sales & marketing processes for pharma-sector clients
  • Substantial experience in managing complex, multi-tiered technology implementations
