Turkish Version of the Core Life Activities Scale: Validity and Reliability Study
調査の概要

詳細な説明
his observational methodological study will evaluate the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Core Life Activities Scale (CORE). The study will include approximately 300 Turkish-speaking adults aged 18 years and older from different age groups and socioeconomic backgrounds.
The CORE is a five-item self-report measure designed to assess five core areas of daily life: eating habits, sleep, physical activity, learning new things, and social relationships. Each item is rated on a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (never) to 5 (always).
After providing informed consent, participants will complete a demographic information form, the Turkish version of the CORE, the 12-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-12), and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF). The SF-12 and WHOQOL-BREF will be used to examine the validity of the Turkish CORE. The CORE will be administered again one week later to assess test-retest reliability.
Psychometric analyses will be performed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the CORE. Internal consistency, test-retest reliability, and construct-related validity will be examined. Data collection is planned between August 20, 2026 and September 30, 2026.

|
Internal Consistency of the Turkish Core Life Activities Scale
時間枠:Baseline
|
Internal consistency of the Turkish version of the Core Life Activities Scale (CORE) will be evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
The CORE consists of five items assessing eating, sleeping, physical activity, learning new things, and social relationships, with each item rated on a 5-point Likert scale from 1 (never) to 5 (always).

|
Test-Retest Reliability of the Turkish Core Life Activities Scale
時間枠:Baseline and 1 week
|
Test-retest reliability of the Turkish version of the CORE will be evaluated by comparing CORE scores obtained at the initial assessment with scores obtained one week later.
The association between the two assessments will be examined to determine the temporal stability of the scale.

|
Construct Validity of the Turkish Core Life Activities Scale
時間枠:Baseline
|
Construct validity of the Turkish version of the CORE will be evaluated by examining its relationships with health-related quality of life measures assessed using the 12-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-12) and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF).
