부모와 자녀 참가자는 신경심리학자 또는 심리학자가 실시하는 1-2시간 테스트 세션에서 진단 후 약 9, 30 및 60개월에 COG 표준 신경심리 및 행동 배터리를 완료합니다. 배터리는 지능, 처리 속도, 주의력, 기억력, 언어 선호도, 행동/사회/정서 기능, 실행 기능, 적응 기능 및 삶의 질 측정으로 구성됩니다.

설명
포함 기준:
- 환자는 신경심리학적, 사회적, 정서적 및/또는 행동 기능을 검사하는 것을 목표로 하는 COG 치료 연구에 현재 등록되어 있거나 등록할 계획이어야 합니다.
- 환자는 영어, 프랑스어 또는 스페인어에 대한 수용적이고 표현적인 언어 능력이 있어야 합니다. 환자가 이러한 기준을 충족하지만 부모/보호자가 영어, 프랑스어 또는 스페인어 이외의 언어를 구사하는 경우 환자는 여전히 등록 및 검사를 받을 수 있으며 부모 보고 측정은 생략되어야 합니다.
- 모든 환자 및/또는 부모 또는 법적 보호자는 서면 동의서에 서명해야 합니다.
- 인간 연구에 대한 모든 기관, FDA(Food and Drug Administration) 및 NCI(National Cancer Institute) 요구 사항을 충족해야 합니다.
제외 기준:
- 중등도 내지 심도의 지적 장애 병력이 있는 환자(즉, 지능 지수[IQ] =< 55)는 등록할 수 없습니다. 참고: 이전에 주의력 결핍 과잉 행동 장애(ADHD) 또는 특정 학습 장애(예: 난독증) 병력이 있는 어린이가 이 연구에 참여할 수 있습니다.
