기본 목표:

I. 치료 후 중간 위험 요인이 있는 I-IIA기 자궁경부암 환자에서 수술 후 보조 화학 방사선 요법(CRT)이 방사선 요법(RT) 단독에 비해 무재발 생존(RFS)을 유의하게 개선할 수 있는지 확인하기 위해 근치 자궁 적출술.

2차 목표:

I. 근치 자궁절제술 치료 후 중간 위험 요인이 있는 I-IIA기 자궁경부암 환자에서 수술 후 보조 CRT가 RT 단독에 비해 전체 생존(OS)을 향상시킬 수 있는지 여부를 결정합니다.

II. 유해 사례에 대한 일반 용어 기준(CTCAE)의 활성 버전을 활용하여 유해 사례에 기인한 요법의 발생률 및 중증도의 차이(치료 부문 간)를 평가합니다.

삶의 질 목표:

I. 수술 후 보조 CRT가 FACT-Cx(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cervix) 시험 결과 지수(TOI)에 의해 측정된 건강 관련 삶의 질(QOL)(RT 단독과 비교하여)을 개선하는지 여부를 결정하기 위해 유리한 독성 프로필을 생성합니다(특히 비뇨생식기, 위장관, 신경계, 통증 및 성적 부작용과 관련된 치료에 중점을 둡니다).

중개 연구 목적:
