I. 하나 또는 두 개의 사전 전신 요법 후 Kirsten 쥐 육종 바이러스 종양유전자 상동체(KRAS) 돌연변이 양성 비소세포 폐암(NSCLC) 환자의 전체 연구 모집단에서 트라메티닙 + 도세탁셀에 대한 반응률(확인 및 미확인)을 평가하기 위해 .

2차 목표:

I. 트라메티닙 + 도세탁셀이 1회 또는 2회 이전의 전신 요법 후 G12C KRAS 돌연변이 양성 NSCLC 환자의 반응률로 측정된 활동 가능성과 일치하는지 평가하기 위함.

  • 질병 관련 기준: 환자는 IV기 또는 재발성인 병리학적으로 확인된 KRAS 돌연변이(코돈 12, 13 및 61) 양성 비소세포폐암(NSCLC)이 있어야 합니다. KRAS 돌연변이의 특정 하위 유형을 알아야 합니다. KRAS 돌연변이 검사는 CLIA(Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act) 인증 검사실에서 수행되어야 합니다. CLIA 인증 시판 테스트 허용
  • 질병 관련 기준: 환자는 등록 전 28일 이내에 컴퓨터 단층촬영(CT) 또는 자기공명영상(MRI)으로 기록된 측정 가능한 질병이 있어야 합니다. 결합된 양전자 방출 단층 촬영(PET)/CT의 CT는 진단 품질이 있는 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다. 측정 불가능한 질병은 등록 전 42일 이내에 평가되어야 합니다. 알려진 모든 질병 부위를 평가하고 기본 종양 평가 양식에 문서화해야 합니다(고형 종양의 반응 평가 기준[RECIST 1.1]).

  • 임상/검사 기준: 환자는 활동성 B형 또는 C형 간염 감염(B형 간염[Hep] B 표면 항원[sAg] 및/또는 Hep B 데옥시리보핵산[DNA] 및/또는 C형 간염 리보핵산의 존재로 정의됨)의 알려진 병력이 없어야 합니다. 산[RNA]); 환자는 인간 면역결핍 바이러스(HIV) 혈청 양성 반응의 알려진 병력이 없어야 합니다.
