I. 국립 암 연구소(NCI) 커뮤니티 종양 연구 프로그램(NCORP)의 구성 요소 및 하위 구성 요소에서 치료를 받은 새로 진단된 전이성 결장직장암(mCRC) 환자 중에서 12개월 동안 치료 관련 주요 재정적 어려움의 발생률을 추정합니다.

V. 1차 간병인 모집의 타당성을 판단하고 암 치료비에 대한 간병인 부담과 간병인의 인식을 측정하기 위함.

VI. NCORP 네트워크 내에서 치료를 받고 있는 mCRC 환자의 재정적 결과를 평가하는 전향적 다중 사이트 종단 코호트 연구 수행 가능성을 결정합니다.

3차 목표:

I. 등록(기준선) 및 후속 조치 종료(12개월) 시 개별 환자 신용 보고서(TransUnion)와의 연결을 통해 비용, 부채 및 신용의 객관적인 측정을 얻기 위해.

설명

포함 기준:

  • 환자는 전이성 결장암 또는 직장암(mCRC)(신규 전이 진단) 또는 I-III 기 질환에 대한 이전 치료 후 전이성 재발을 새로 진단받았고 등록 당시 진단 후 </= 120일이어야 합니다.
  • 전신 화학 요법 및/또는 전신 생물학적 요법은 등록 후 30일 이내에 시행하도록 계획되거나 등록 전 60일 이내에 시작되어야 합니다. 완화 또는 호스피스 치료만 계획 중인 환자(화학 요법 또는 생물학적 요법 없음)는 자격이 없습니다.
