I. 수니티닙 말레이트(수니티닙)로 치료한 전이성 유두상 신세포 암종(mPRCC) 환자의 무진행 생존(PFS)과 MET 키나제 억제제로 치료한 mPRCC 환자의 무진행 생존(PFS)을 비교하기 위함.

2차 목표:

I. 수니티닙으로 치료한 mPRCC 환자에서 RECIST(Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors) 반응률(RR; 확인 및 미확정 부분 반응[PR] 및 완전 반응[CR]의 조합 비율로 정의됨)을 환자의 RR에 비교하기 위해 추정되는 MET 억제제로 치료합니다.

  • 환자는 외과적 절제가 불가능한 전이성 또는 국소 진행성 질환인 조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 확인된 유두 조직학적 신장 세포 암종을 가지고 있어야 합니다. (참고: 가능한 경우 지역 병리학자가 유형 I 또는 유형 II를 지정해야 합니다.) 유형 I 또는 유형 II를 포함하는 혼합 조직학은 유두 성분의 >= 50%를 포함하는 경우 허용됩니다.

  • 다음을 제외하고 이전의 다른 악성 종양은 허용되지 않습니다: 적절하게 치료된 기저 세포 또는 편평 세포 피부암, 제자리 자궁경부암, 환자가 현재 완전 관해 상태에 있는 적절하게 치료된 1기 또는 2기 암, 또는 환자는 3년 동안 질병이 없었습니다. 전립선암에 대한 적극적인 감시를 받는 남성도 등록할 수 있습니다.
  • 연구 약물의 알려지지 않은 효과로 인해 환자는 임신 중이거나 수유 중이 아니어야 합니다. 가임 여성/남성은 연구 약물을 받는 동안 및 연구 약물의 마지막 투여 후 3개월 동안 효과적인 피임 방법을 사용하는 데 동의해야 합니다. 이전 12개월 연속 월경 중 어느 때라도 월경을 한 적이 있는 여성은 "생식 가능성"이 있는 것으로 간주됩니다. 일상적인 피임 방법 외에도 "효과적인 피임"에는 이성애 독신 생활 및 자궁 적출술, 양측 난소 절제술 또는 양측 난관 결찰로 정의되는 임신 방지(또는 임신 예방의 부작용이 있는) 수술이 포함됩니다. 그러나 이전에 독신이었던 환자가 프로토콜에 설명된 피임 조치를 사용하는 기간 동안 어느 시점에서든 이성애자로 활동하기로 선택한 경우 피임 조치를 시작할 책임이 있습니다.
  • 인간 면역결핍 바이러스(HIV) 양성 환자는 카보잔티닙, 크리조티닙, 사볼리티닙 또는 수니티닙과의 약동학적 상호작용 가능성 때문에 부적격합니다. 또한 이러한 환자는 골수 억제 요법으로 치료할 때 치명적인 감염 위험이 증가합니다. 필요한 경우 병용 항레트로바이러스 요법을 받는 환자에서 적절한 연구가 수행될 것입니다.
