Inclusion Criteria:

age 19 years or older
outpatient colonoscopy

Exclusion Criteria:

inpatient
unable to provide informed consent
previous bowel resection, inflammatory bowel disease
musculoskeletal disorder or other mobility issues limiting effective patient position changes.
inadequate bowel preparation
