Inclusion Criteria:
- Suspected or confirmed tuberculosis
- Age >18 years
- informed consent obtained
Exclusion Criteria:
- Previous participation in the study
- Simultaneous participation in a clinical trial investigating a new drug
- Inability to give consent
- Member of a vulnerable study population
