  • 액와 림프절 절제술(최소 6개 노드의 병리학적 검사 권장) 또는 음성 액와 감시 림프절 생검(pN0[sn])이 필요합니다. 음수 또는 현미경적으로 액와 양성 센티넬 림프절(pN1mi: 미세전이 없음 > 2.0mm) 환자는 추가 액와 치료가 필요하지 않습니다. 양성 감시 림프절이 있는 사람은 겨드랑이 절개 또는 겨드랑이 림프절 방사선 중 하나를 가져야 합니다.

  • 염증성 유방암 또는 쇄골상 결절 침범 또는 내부 유선 결절 확대(병리학적으로 음성이 아닌 경우)를 포함하여 국소적으로 진행된 수술 불가능한 유방암 환자는 자격이 없습니다. 확대되지 않은 감시 림프절 생검으로 감지된 내유 림프절 침범 환자가 자격이 있습니다.
  • 언급된 경우를 제외하고 양성 최종 절제면을 가진 환자(단지 DCIS 및 침습성 암을 말하며, 소엽성 유방 상피내암종[LCIS]는 아님); 완전한 유방 절제술을 수행한 경우 여백에서 DCIS가 허용됩니다.

      • 자궁경부의 Ia기 암종
      • Ia기 또는 b기 자궁내막양 자궁내막암
      • 경계선 또는 I기 난소암
