기본 목표:

I. 6주기의 표준 요법(카보플라틴 및 파클리탁셀)에 5주기의 베바시주맙 동시 추가(Arm II)가 6주기의 표준 요법 단독(Arm I) 새로 진단된 III기(전체 잔여 질환 포함) 및 IV기, 상피성 난소암, 복막 원발성 또는 나팔관암을 진단받은 여성.

포함 기준:

  • 상피성 난소암, 복막 원발성 암종 또는 나팔관암의 조직학적 진단을 받은 환자; 모든 육안적(거시적 또는 만져질 수 있는) 잔류 질환이 있는 국제 산부인과 연맹(FIGO) III기 또는 초기 복부 수술 완료 시 외과적으로 정의되고 조직학적 평가에 사용할 수 있는 적절한 조직이 있는 FIGO IV기; 필요한 최소 수술은 조직학적 평가를 위한 조직을 제공하고 원발 부위와 단계를 확립하고 문서화하는 복부 수술뿐 아니라 종양 축소에 최대한 노력하는 것이었습니다. 추가 수술이 수행된 경우 부인과 종양학 그룹(GOG) 수술 절차 매뉴얼에 설명된 난소암 또는 복막암에 대한 적절한 수술에 따라야 합니다. 그러나 외과의는 GOG 수술 절차 설명서의 이 섹션에 포함된 모든 항목을 수행할 필요는 없습니다. 이 초기 수술 완료 시 잔여 종양 임플란트의 최대 최대 직경이 1cm 이하인 III기 암 환자는 "최적"으로 정의됩니다. 다른 모든 것은 "차선"으로 정의됩니다. 수술 후 영상 연구에서 측정 가능한 질병은 적격성에 필요하지 않습니다.

  • GOG 수행 상태가 0, 1 또는 2인 환자
  • 진단, 병기결정 및 세포축소의 통합 목적을 위해 수행된 초기 수술 후 1주에서 12주 사이에 환자를 입력해야 합니다.
  • 측정 가능 및 측정 불가능 질병을 가진 환자가 자격이 있습니다. 환자는 암 관련 증상이 있을 수도 있고 없을 수도 있습니다.
  • 사전 입국 요건을 충족한 환자
  • 개인 건강 정보 공개를 허용하는 승인된 사전 동의 및 허가는 환자 또는 보호자가 서명해야 합니다.
  • 이 임상시험의 환자는 폐경 증상을 조절하기 위해 지시된 대로 최소 유효 용량으로 언제든지 난소 에스트로겐 +/- 프로게스틴 대체 요법을 받을 수 있지만, 프로토콜 지시 요법을 받는 동안 또는 질병 진행 전에 식욕 부진 관리를 위한 프로게스틴은 받을 수 없습니다.

제외 기준:

  • 경계성 상피성 난소 종양(이전의 "낮은 악성 가능성이 있는 종양") 또는 수술로만 치료되는 재발성 침습성 상피성 난소암, 원발성 복막 또는 나팔관암 진단을 받은 환자(예: Ia 또는 Ib 저등급 상피성 난소 또는 나팔관암)은 자격이 없습니다. 이전에 외과적으로 절제된 경계성 종양 진단을 받았고 관련이 없는 새로운 침습성 상피성 난소암, 복막 원발성 또는 나팔관암이 발생한 환자는 어떤 난소 종양에 대해서도 이전에 화학 요법을 받지 않은 경우 자격이 있습니다.
  • 복강 또는 골반의 어느 부분에 대해 이전에 방사선 치료를 받은 환자는 제외됩니다. 유방암, 두경부 또는 피부의 국소 암에 대한 사전 방사선 조사는 등록 전 3년 이상 완료되었고 환자가 재발성 또는 전이성 질환이 없는 경우 허용됩니다.
  • 난소암, 원발성 복막암 또는 나팔관암에 대한 선행 보조 화학요법을 포함하여 복부 또는 골반 종양에 대해 이전에 화학요법을 받은 환자는 제외됩니다. 환자는 등록 전 3년 이상 완료되었고 환자가 재발성 또는 전이성 질환이 없는 경우 국소 유방암에 대한 보조 화학요법을 이전에 받았을 수 있습니다.
  • 상피성 난소암 또는 복막 원발성 암 관리를 위해 표적 치료(백신, 항체, 티로신 키나제 억제제를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음) 또는 호르몬 치료를 받은 환자

  • 비경구적 항생제가 필요한 급성 간염 또는 활동성 감염 환자
