    • 2급 심부전 병력이 있으나 치료 중 증상이 없는 환자
    • 이전에 안트라사이클린에 노출된 환자
    • 방사선 치료 포트에 심장을 포함하는 중앙 흉부 방사선을 받은 환자
  • 등록 전 12개월 이내에 클래스 III 또는 IV NYHA 심부전 병력이 있는 환자는 자격이 없습니다.
  • 최근 1년 이내에 심근경색증, 중증/불안정 협심증, 관상/말초동맥 우회술 또는 스텐트 시술, 뇌혈관 사고 또는 일과성 허혈발작 없음
  • 약물로 조절할 수 없는 고혈압 환자(최적의 약물 치료에도 불구하고 > 150/100 mmHg)는 자격이 없습니다.
  • 혈전색전성 질환에 대한 치료적 항응고제 사용이 필요한 환자는 적합하지 않습니다. 참고: 혈전증 예방을 위해 저용량 쿠마딘(매일 최대 2mg)이 허용됩니다.
