엘. 1차 혈관 표피 성장 인자 수용체(VEGFR)-티로신 키나아제 억제제(TKI) 치료 후 진행된 진행성 신장 세포 암종 환자에서 베바시주맙과 에베로리무스 및 에베로리무스 단독 요법을 받은 환자의 전체 생존을 비교합니다.

2차 목표:

I. 베바시주맙 + 에베로리무스 및 에베로리무스를 단독으로 투여받은 진행성 신장 세포 암종 환자에서 객관적 반응(완전 임상 반응[cCR] + 부분 반응[PR]으로 정의)을 경험한 무진행 생존율 및 비율을 비교하기 위함.

II. 각 치료 요법을 받는 환자에서 3등급 이상의 독성을 비교합니다.

개요: 환자는 2개의 치료군 중 1개로 무작위 배정됩니다.

ARM I: 환자는 1-28일에 1일 1회(QD) 에베로리무스를 경구(PO)로 투여받습니다.
