기본 목표:

I. 카보잔티닙(카보잔티닙-s-말레이트)으로 치료받은 신장암 환자가 수니티닙(수니티닙 말레이트)으로 치료한 환자에 비해 무진행 생존 기간이 개선되는지 확인합니다.

2차 목표:

I. 카보잔티닙으로 치료받은 신암 환자의 반응률이 수니티닙으로 치료한 환자와 비교할 때 더 높은지 여부를 결정하기 위함.

II. 카보잔티닙으로 치료한 신장암 환자가 수니티닙으로 치료한 환자와 비교했을 때 전체 생존율이 향상되는지 확인합니다.

3차 목표:

I. 면역조직화학(IHC)에 의해 MET 발현이 높은 신장암 환자가 본 연구의 양 팔에서 낮은 MET 발현을 보이는 환자에 비해 무진행 생존율이 개선되는지 여부를 결정하기 위함.

  • 명확한 세포 조직학의 일부 구성 요소가 있는 신장 세포 암종; 전이성 질환의 조직학적 문서화는 필요하지 않습니다.
  • 국소 진행성(근치적 수술 또는 방사선 요법에 적합하지 않은 질병으로 정의됨) 또는 전이성 신세포 암종(RCC)(American Joint Committee on Cancer[AJCC] 병기 결정에 따라 IV기 RCC에 해당)
