기본 목표:

I. 젬시타빈 히드로클로라이드(젬시타빈) 및 시스플라틴(GC)으로 치료된 치료되지 않은 진행성 담도암 환자와 젬시타빈, 시스플라틴 및 nab-파클리탁셀(GCN)로 치료된 환자의 전체 생존(OS)을 비교하기 위함.

2차 목표:

I. GC 대 GCN으로 치료받은 환자에서 무진행 생존(PFS)을 비교하기 위함.

II. GC 대 GCN으로 치료받은 측정 가능한 질병 환자의 하위 집합에서 전체 반응률(ORR), 완전 및 부분, 확인 및 미확정을 비교하기 위함.

III. GC 대 GCN으로 치료받은 환자의 질병 통제율(확정 및 미확정; 완전 반응 + 부분 반응 + 안정 질병)(DCR)을 비교하기 위함.

IV. 환자 모집단에서 GC 및 GCN과 관련된 독성의 빈도와 심각도를 평가합니다.

V. 기준선에서 치료 후(3주기 후)까지의 암 항원 19-9(CA19-9) 수준의 변화와 전체 반응률 사이의 상관관계를 개별적으로 각 치료군과 전체 코호트에서 조사하기 위해.

  • 환자는 조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 확인된 간내 담관암종, 간외 담관암종 또는 담낭암이 있어야 합니다.

    • 참고: 병리학 보고서는 Rave에 업로드해야 합니다. 조직학 보고서는 췌장 병변이 없고 현지 표준에 따라 다른 원발성이 배제된다는 가정하에 췌장담도 원발성 선암종과 일치해야 합니다.
  • 환자는 컴퓨터 단층 촬영(CT) 또는 자기 공명(MR) 영상 CT 스캔 또는 측정 가능한 질병을 평가하는 데 사용되는 MRI에서 문서화된 전이성 또는 국소 진행성 절제 불가능한 질병이 있어야 합니다. 등록 전 28일 이내에 완료되어야 합니다. 측정 불가능한 질병을 평가하는 데 사용되는 CT 스캔 또는 MRI는 등록 전 42일 이내에 완료되어야 합니다. 모든 질병은 기본 종양 평가 양식에 평가되고 문서화되어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 현재 팽대부암 진단을 받지 않아야 합니다.
  • 환자는 현재 전이성 또는 국소 진행성 담도암에 대해 이전에 전신 요법을 받은 적이 없어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 등록 전 6개월 이내에 보조 요법을 받은 적이 없어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 등록 전 28일 이내에 완전한 병력 및 신체 검사를 받아야 합니다.
  • 환자는 Zubrod 수행 상태가 0 또는 1이어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 CTCAE(Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events) 5.0에 따라 2등급 이상의 말초 신경병증 병력이 없어야 합니다. CTCAE 버전 5.0에서 2등급 감각 신경병증은 중간 정도의 증상으로 정의됩니다. 일상 생활(ADL)의 도구적 활동을 제한합니까?
