  • 환자는 치료 요법을 따르지 않는 수술 불가능, 재발 또는 전이성 질환이 있어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 원발성 종양 또는 새로 진단된 재발성/전이성 병변에서 항문 편평 세포 암종(기저양 및 배설 형성 병변 포함)의 조직학적 또는 세포학적 확인이 있어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 18세 이상이어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) 수행 상태 =< 0-1이어야 합니다.

    • 모든 환자는 지난 12개월 이내에 HIV 검사를 받지 않은 경우 HIV 검사를 받을 의향이 있어야 합니다.
  • 만성 B형 간염 바이러스(HBV) 감염의 증거가 있는 환자의 경우, HBV 바이러스 부하가 감지되지 않거나 억제 요법(필요한 경우) 중이어야 합니다.
  • C형 간염 바이러스(HCV) 감염 병력이 있는 환자는 치료를 받고 치료를 받아야 합니다. 현재 치료 중인 HCV 감염 환자의 경우, 검출할 수 없는 HCV 바이러스 부하가 있는 경우 자격이 있습니다.

제외 기준:
