Inculsion Criteria

  • Adult patients with dentofacial deformities, including skeletal Class II deformity, skeletal Class III deformity, vertical maxillary excess, and facial asymmetry.
  • Patients seeking definitive surgical correction and declining orthodontic camouflage treatment.
  • Cases required maxillary impaction, advancement, or rotational movements.

Exclusion Criteria:

Medically compromised patients.

  • Uncooperative or noncompliant patients.
  • Patients with poor oral hygiene or active periodontal disease.
