Description
Inculsion Criteria
- Adult patients with dentofacial deformities, including skeletal Class II deformity, skeletal Class III deformity, vertical maxillary excess, and facial asymmetry.
- Patients seeking definitive surgical correction and declining orthodontic camouflage treatment.
- Cases required maxillary impaction, advancement, or rotational movements.
Exclusion Criteria:
Medically compromised patients.
- Uncooperative or noncompliant patients.
- Patients with poor oral hygiene or active periodontal disease.
