Studie proveditelnosti neurokognitivního hodnocení u pacientů léčených pro mozkové metastázy

ZDŮVODNĚNÍ: Hodnocení pacientů podstupujících radiační terapii může pomoci určit účinky léčby a může pomoci zlepšit léčbu rakoviny.

ÚČEL: Tato klinická studie studuje paměťové dovednosti u pacientů, kteří dostávají radiační terapii pro mozkové metastázy.

CÍLE: I. Zjistit proveditelnost provedení testové baterie sestávající z pěti neurokognitivních měření a nástroje kvality života po radioterapii u pacientů s mozkovými metastázami.

POPIS: Pacienti podstupují radioterapii 5 dní v týdnu po dobu 3 týdnů. Kvalita života a neurokognitivní funkce se hodnotí před studií, po ukončení radioterapie a 1 měsíc po ukončení radioterapie. Pacienti jsou sledováni po 1 měsíci.

PŘEDPOKLÁDANÝ AKRUÁLNÍ AKRUÁLNÍ AKRUÁLNÍ: Do této studie bude po dobu 5 měsíců nashromážděno celkem 50 pacientů.
