Target focus: Getting acquainted with the inner world = acceptance, step-by-step deconstruction to molecules of all the boy's fears in the brain simulation at the border of sleep.
Objective: To repurpose the child's diagnosis of logoneurosis into strong leadership qualities.
CLINICAL PICTURE AND DYNAMICS:
The boy had never seen me, only heard my voice. Communication was conducted remotely, through the parent, the mother. Listening to the fairy tale under the mother's supervision: the child stopped the fairy tale himself and asked his mother: "How does the doctor know all my feelings?" The mother asked her son: "If you want, we can turn it off." Stepan: "No, the voice is calming, I will keep listening." This continued for 3 days. 5-7 minutes of listening to the fairy tale = rethinking = agreement = acceptance. On the third night the boy listened to the fairy tale on his own without his mother. He fell asleep quickly and did not wake up during the night.
Therapeutic Concept of the Module The module is aimed at helping Stepan get acquainted with his inner world and through the fairy tale understand that he is special and different from others. He has a big kind heart, he sees like a psychologist the weaknesses in children and adults, their pain, what they hide. He understands that with a word you can support a person, talk to them and understand them.

Audio listening to training modules, fairy tales March 26, 2025. Stepan has a mathematical mindset, he is a kind, open boy, a very loud and resonant "laughing boy". He easily finds a common language with adults, but it was difficult for him with peers, they often offended him, bullying at school: they call him overweight, because of which his stuttering worsened, he cannot quickly express his thought, he used to run away, cry, it turned into a panic attack. At the same time, he is very prudent and thrifty, knows how to save money, is fond of collecting vintage items, coins, toys, loves trips, games of loto, Rubik's cube. However, he is sensitive, hard to accept compliments, although he himself has an excellent sense of humor. He is insecure, afraid to make a mistake. But at the same time, he knows how to competently manage people and organize the process, in the yard, at home, at the dacha or in the classroom.
I wrote to Natalia with a request: "Please help us. Write a fairy tale for us." The first three days Stepan listened to the fairy tale before sleep for 5 to 7 minutes. He would stop the audio and analyze it. After the first listening I saw the result. In the morning Stepan said: "You know, the girl doctor has a very pleasant voice." I asked: "Maybe it is a woman?" He answered: "No, it is a girl. Because only a girl can tell fairy tales like that." In the evening, he asked to turn on the fairy tale again: "Let us start from where we stopped."
I said: "No, listen from the very beginning, close your eyes and listen." We listened to the audio fairy tale together, and Stepan was already falling asleep in the middle of the fairy tale. The next day he said: "From where does the doctor know everything about me. The fairy tale was specially written for me?" I answered: "Yes. This fairy tale was written by the doctor so that you become manly.
After a week I noticed big changes. He became calmer. When during conversation he started to stutter strongly, now he stopped, took a breath in, breath out and continued. Before in such moments he would get nervous, cry, run away, thought that people were laughing at him. Now during conversation, he takes an inhale, an exhale, consistently formulating his thought.
I never explained to him, he repeated what he heard in the fairy tale. Stepan learned the fairy tale by heart, but at the same time he did not lose interest. He said: "Mom, I know the fairy tale and can repeat it word for word. Maybe we can listen to something else?" I asked: "What else?" He answered: " The girl doctor's other fairy tales that she writes for children."
Now he listens to them with pleasure, during the day the verb poem, before sleep long fairy tales. Repeats words after MamaBee and quickly falls asleep. In the beginning of listening he could listen to the whole fairy tale and not fall asleep, analyzed, and now literally after a couple of minutes quickly falls asleep. Sleeps the whole night does not wake up.
Stepan's speech is without stuttering, he himself controls the whole process. When he starts to worry, he can stop, make a breath in, breath out and calmly continue the conversation, not running away and not crying. Stepan is radiant, kind and funny child, but now he is more collected, reacts positively to criticism, started to understand and accept himself. He even jokes that he was always this calm and did not stutter, and we "just did not notice it."
In reality the difference is huge: before he was stood in the last row of the choir during performances he opened his mouth and did not sing, and today for the first time in a long time he was stood in the first row of the choir, he sang together with everyone. For our family great happiness and pride the achievements of our son. I filmed a video for you. Now at home he sings, laughs, jokes, tells stories. Stepan said to me: "Mom, I do not want to prove anything to anyone anymore. I am confident in myself."
This summer he himself suggested to do creative work: sculpt crafts, decorate them and sell them. Last year he already sold stones with eyes, collected them at the sea, glued funny eyes to them, made mini souvenirs out of them. People in the park and on the square bought them, and he with the earned money bought ice cream, buns, candies and with pride treated everyone at home.
Listening to the third fairy tale, I saw changes once again. My little son asked me to tell him about our three grandfathers who fought on the front and went through front-line combat in the Great Patriotic War from 1941 to 1945, and what their profession was. Stepan became thoughtful and wise.
On May 9th, a young woman named Katerina, a craftswoman, arrived in our town selling clay whistles. That morning, Stepan said: "Mom, I absolutely need something like that, something that would be mine. I understood this from a fairy tale." We went to the market. He chose a whistle. Katya, an art school teacher, was surprised: "Do you know which one he chose? These whistles are bright, cheerful, they call for spring, but Stepan chose a whistle with a deep, lingering, calm, grounded sound. This is a symbol of confidence and inner strength." We then understood that he had intuitively chosen silence, calmness, confidence. He began to manifest strong intuition.
Regarding the stuttering: he no longer rushes his speech, he thinks, speaks in a measured way. It's as if analysis is happening in his head. He often recalls your words, the words of the grandfathers, the bogatyrs: "speak quieter, don't rush." Now Stepan has started going out in the evenings, doing sports, running, breathing. I recorded a video for you. At first he was speed walking, now he runs a little, and then plays the clay whistle. A desire has emerged to do sports, strengthen his health, become strong.
Later I realized that the range of your voice is very consonant with the whistle he chose. There were many different ones, he tried each one, but said: "No, not that one." And only upon hearing the right sound, low, calm, he chose that one. The sound is indeed similar to your voice, Natalia. Recently he said: "Mom, dad won't be here today, you'll sit with me, I'll run and play songs." And indeed, he began to make decisions on his own.
On May 24th, he has his graduation, and he will perform, sing, and recite poetry.
Since the moment he started listening to the fairy tales, everything changed. His speech became clear, the stuttering disappeared, full control. He became independent, sings in the choir, took up sports. It became easier for him to communicate, the speech tics that used to appear when he was in a hurry disappeared. Now they simply aren't there. He is internally calm, balanced, nothing irritates him. If before he wanted to be a leader, now he doesn't need to prove it, he knows that he is already a leader.
I simply want to say a human, maternal, feminine thank you, immense gratitude. Natalia, you are a person with a cosmic understanding of what you do. You have a rare gift to see and understand a child. Thanks to you, my son became a leader, internally composed. May everything you have conceived come true. Eligibility Criteria. Clinical Document No. 001:
Clinical Picture and Symptoms:Diagnosis: Severe logoneurosis (stuttering).Presence of articulatory spasms, speech blocks, and tics when accelerating speech tempo.Presence of emotional exhaustion and panic attacks caused by school bullying and social pressure.Fear of making mistakes, lack of self-confidence, and speech deadaptation within a group.
Characteristics of the Nervous System and Personality:
High sensitivity of the nervous system and hyper-empathy.Presence of leadership qualities, well-developed moral values, and ability to organize processes. Mathematical mindset and analytical inclination.
Program Implementation Parameters:
Remote format of work in a home environment without the personal presence of a specialist.Listening to the training modules of the fairy tale for 5-7 minutes at the border of sleep.
Rule: Process control by the mother. Fixation of changes, report every 24 hours after listening.
