Junior Developer Intern – Pharma Business Process Automation

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer Intern to join our pharmaceutical IT team, focusing on automating business processes using modern platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience designing and deploying automation solutions that support clinical, regulatory, and enterprise workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy automated workflows using tools like Power Automate or UiPath
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Integrate automation with pharma systems (e.g., SharePoint, ERP, CRM)
• Document workflows and support adoption
• Test and troubleshoot automation scripts
• Identify new automation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GxP, HIPAA)

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in healthcare and digital transformation

Preferred Qualifications
