Manager, IT Security

Parexel is hiring an Information Security Manager to manage the information security governance activities; part of the program including enriching formation Security Knowledge Center (frameworks, regulatory, contractual obligation, security controls), managing Information Security Committees, ensuring Information Security certifications i.e. ISO27001, and leveraging Information Security metrics. The IS Manager will also enable new business opportunities through adapting and applying the information security strategy.

#ITDurhamQualificationsQualificationsAt least 8 years of experience leading information security and governance activities, transforming functions and changing culture. Extensive experience in information security frameworks, consultative stakeholder management, and strategic planning. Experience with information classification, and confidentiality requirements associated with high security environments. Deep understanding of the enterprise information security governance discipline, processes, concepts, and best practices.Demonstrated consultative approach to driving change. Ability to quickly grasp how new frameworks and how they might be applied to achieve business goalsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with a team, delivering high performance and customer satisfaction, in a culturally diverse, matrix management environment. Strong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, including executive managers and vendors.
