Role Mission

The person we are looking for, should coordinate the different teams of external encoders that work for the hospitals we provide the hospital discharge report coding service to. 

Job Responsibilities

• Being in constant communication with the interlocutors of the different hospitals to manage:

Listings of episodes to be codified (daily, weekly or monthly depending on the hospital) Episodes with computer incidence or other type of errors Sending of complementary reports: evolutionary reports, external procedures, ICU reports ... etc ... VPN access / Psw changes.

• Connecting via VPN to the different Management Systems of the different Hospitals (Intranet) to check and square the information and listings previously exchanged with the interlocutors.
• Assigning, controlling and auditing the remittances of episodes to be coded by the different coding teams through the various coding assistance tools.
• Communicating through Secure Servers (the data we work on is highly sensitive) the assignment of episodes to the coding teams.
• Creating and configuring DATA Platform and Benchmarking accounts as well as taking care of the loading and processing of the BDD.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, managing systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Documentalism title will be a plus.
