説明

包含基準:

  • CTスキャンまたはMRIで特定された腎臓の腫瘍が最初に発生した患者は、この研究に適格です。組織学的診断は登録前に必要ではありませんが、研究中にすべての患者に必要です

  • 適格な腫瘍には以下が含まれます（ただし、これらに限定されません）：

    • 腎芽腫

      • 腎芽腫（ウィルムス腫瘍）（良好な組織像、退形成［びまん性、限局性］）
      • 腎性休息および腎芽腫症
      • 嚢胞性腎腫および嚢胞性部分分化型腎芽腫
      • 後腎腫瘍（後腎腺腫、後腎腺線維腫、後腎間質腫瘍）
    • 中胚葉性腎腫（細胞性、古典的、混合型）
    • 明細胞肉腫
    • ラブドイド腫瘍 (中枢神経系 [CNS] の外側で発生するすべての悪性ラブドイド腫瘍)
    • 小児の腎類上皮腫瘍（乳頭状腎細胞癌、髄様腎細胞癌、Xp11.2転座に関連する腎腫瘍、神経芽細胞腫後の腫瘍細胞性腎腫瘍）

  • 以下の腫瘍が最初に発生した患者も適格です。

    • 腎外性腎芽腫または腎外性ネプロゲン性休薬
    • 中枢神経系以外のどこかに発生する悪性ラブドイド腫瘍
  • 必要な標本、レポート、フォーム、および画像検査のコピーが利用可能であるか、提出可能になる予定であり、機関はプロトコル手順に記載されているようにそれらを提出する予定である必要があります

  • ALL患者（生検なしで登録を計画している孤立腎の両側性、両側性素因、多中心性、または片側性腫瘍を除く***）の場合、以下の提出が必要です：

    • 再切断されたヘマトキシリンおよびエオシン (H & E) スライドの完全なセット (患者が前もって腎摘出術を受けた場合、サンプリングされたリンパ節からのものを含む)

      • *組織は、腎腫瘍に向けられた化学療法または放射線療法の前に診断されたものでなければなりません（唯一の例外は、組織学が良好であると推定されるウィルムス腫瘍[FHWT]患者は、遅発性腎摘出術でびまん性未分化ウィルムス腫瘍[DAWT]が発見され、遅発性腎摘出術に登録する予定)

    • CT および/または MRI の腹部および骨盤の画像と機関レポートのコピー、および治療前の画像チェックリスト
    • すべての悪性腫瘍の胸部 CT の画像と機関レポートのコピー
    • 施設の手術報告書と治療前の手術チェックリスト

    • CRF：病期分類チェックリストおよび転移性疾患フォーム（転移性疾患が画像で指摘されている場合）

      • 孤立性腎に両側性、両側性素因、多中心性、または片側性の腫瘍があり、画像のみによる生検なしで登録を計画している患者 - これらの患者は中央審査を受けたり、リスク割り当てが発行されたりしませんが、将来の研究のための標本バンクに貢献する可能性があります。 ただし、生検が行われた場合、他の腎腫瘍と同様に組織を提出する必要があり、最初のリスク割り当てには病理学と外科的迅速な中央レビューが必要になります。 検体送信フォームと治療前の病理チェックリストも必要です。
