I. 엽산, 비타민 A, 관련 대사 및 수송 경로와 신경모세포종(NB)의 위험에 관련된 일반적인 유전적 다형성의 독립적 연관성을 평가합니다.
II. NB 위험에 대한 여러 유전자의 공동 효과를 평가합니다. III. NB 위험에 대한 유전자 노출 상호 작용의 영향을 평가합니다. IV. 진단 시 연령 및 어린이로 정의된 NB 하위 그룹 내에서 유전적 영향을 평가합니다. 연령, v-myc 조류 골수세포종증 바이러스성 암유전자 신경모세포종 유래 상동체(MYCN) 종양유전자 상태, 조직학 및 DNA(deoxyribonucleic acid) 계략에 기초한 종양학 그룹 분류 스키마.
V. 참여하는 NENA 사례 아동의 어머니에게 다시 연락하고 간단한 웹 기반 스크리닝을 수행하여 지표 NENA 아동을 포함한 임신이 다태(쌍둥이, 삼쌍둥이 등)인지, 어머니가 자녀가 일란성(MZ)인지 알고 있는지 여부를 확인합니다. dizygotic (DZ), 완전한 임신 역사를 얻으십시오.
VI. NENA 아동의 다른 쌍둥이/여러 형제자매로부터 타액 샘플을 요청합니다.

개요:
환자의 생물학적 어머니는 임신 중 식이요법, 인구 통계, 생활 습관 요인, 임신 중 사용한 약물, 모유 수유 이력, 암 또는 선천적 결함의 가족력에 대한 정보에 대한 식이력 설문지를 작성해야 합니다. 부모에게는 자가 수집을 위한 ORAgene 타액 수집 키트가 제공됩니다. 타액 생체 표본 샘플은 생물학적 부모와 환자 모두로부터 수집됩니다. 이전에 조직 은행에 보관되어 있던 조직 샘플은 가능한 경우 사망한 환자에게서 얻습니다.
