I. 재발성 및/또는 불응성 질환이 있는 다발성 골수종(MM) 환자에서 두 가지 다른 용량의 카르필조밉과 덱사메타손의 무진행 생존(PFS)을 평가하고 비교합니다.

2차 목표:

I. 각 부문의 응답률(RR)을 평가하고 비교합니다. II. 저용량 카르필조밉에서 재발한 후 고용량 카르필조밉으로 전환한 환자에 대한 반응률(RR)을 평가합니다.

III. 이 환자 모집단에 대한 이 조합의 안전성을 평가합니다. IV. 전체 생존(OS)을 평가합니다.

3차 목표:

개요: 환자는 2개의 치료군 중 1개로 무작위 배정됩니다.

ARM I: 환자는 1일, 2일, 8일, 9일, 15일 및 16일에 덱사메타손을 정맥 내(IV) 투여받고 저용량 카르필조밉 IV를 2~10분 동안 투여받습니다. Arm II로 진행이 교차되는 환자.

ARM II: 환자는 1일, 2일, 8일, 9일, 15일, 16일에 30분에 걸쳐 덱사메타손 IV와 고용량 카르필조밉 IV를 투여받습니다.

  • 환자는 증상이 있는 다발성 골수종으로 확진된 진단을 받아야 하며 현재 재발 또는 불응성이어야 합니다. 질병 상태를 확인하기 위한 모든 테스트는 등록 전 28일 이내에 완료되어야 하며 다발성 골수종에 대한 기본 종양 평가 양식에 문서화되어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 등록 전 28일 이내에 측정 가능한 질병이 있어야 합니다.
