상세 설명
이 연구는 12개월에 걸친 무작위, 단일 맹검, 전향적, 분할 구강 제어 임상 시험으로 설계되었습니다. 이 연구의 과목은 UCSF 치과대학에서 모집합니다. UCSF Predoctoral, Postgraduate Pediatric Dental 및 Postgraduate 치열 교정 클리닉의 포함 기준을 충족하는 환자는 연구에 대한 설명을 듣고 참여하도록 초대됩니다.
중등도/높은 우식 위험이 있는 젊은 환자가 연구에 등록하도록 초대됩니다. 지금까지 치료받지 못한 어금니 한쌍을 가지고 있어야 하며 충치가 없고 밀봉되지 않았습니다. 환자의 우세측 어금니(오른쪽 또는 왼쪽)는 테스트 또는 대조군에 무작위로 할당되며 반대쪽 비우세측은 다른 치료를 받습니다. 테스트 치아는 CO2 레이저 조사 및 불소 바니시로 처리됩니다. 대조 치아는 불소 바니시 처리만 받게 됩니다.
ICDAS II, 백색광 및 청색광 디지털 사진(SOPROLIFE) 및 DIAGNOdent 평가를 사용한 기본 육안 검사는 치료 전에 치과의사가 수행합니다.
환자는 6개월 및 12개월 후속 검사를 받기 위해 다시 오라는 요청을 받게 되며, 이 때 기본 검사를 원래 완료한 치과의사가 모든 검사 방법에 대한 육안 검사를 수행합니다. 각 참가자에 대한 연구의 끝점은 ICDAS 평가(ICDAS 코드 3 - "상아 침범의 임상적 시각적 징후가 없는 국소 법랑질 파괴") 또는 12개월 시험에 의해 대조군 또는 시험 치아가 상당한 탈회를 갖는 것으로 확인되는 때입니다. , 뭐든지 가장 먼저 온것.
