II. 삼중 음성 및/또는 gBRCA 돌연변이 관련 유방암 및 뇌 전이가 있는 환자에서 무진행생존(PFS)에 대한 ABT-888 유무에 관계없이 시스플라틴의 효능을 비교합니다. (뇌 전이 코호트)

2차 목표:

  • 진행성 뇌 전이 코호트

    • S1416은 2개의 코호트를 사용한 하나의 연구입니다. 외과적 절제 및/또는 두개내 방사선 후 진행성 뇌 전이가 있는 환자는 진행성 뇌 전이 코호트에 속할 것이며 기준 자기 공명 영상(MRI)이 필요합니다. 시험 등록 전 14일 동안 이전에 치료받은 뇌 전이, 안정적인 질병 및 안정적인 신경학적 기능을 가진 환자는 표준 코호트에 속하고 의사의 재량에 따라 뇌의 MRI를 얻을 수 있습니다. 무작위화 및 치료는 두 코호트에서 동일합니다.
