기본 목표:

I. 질병 조절 및 음성 플루데옥시글루코스 F-18(FDG)-양전자 방출 단층촬영(PET)/컴퓨터 단층촬영(CT) 환자에서 항-PD-1 요법 중단 후 12개월 무사고 생존율(EFS)을 결정하기 위해 항-PD-1 요법 12개월 후 잔여 질환에 대한 스캔 또는 생검(A군).

2차 목표:

I. 12개월의 항-PD-1 요법 후 FDG-PET/CT 스캔에서 양성 대사 활성이 존재하는 종양 생검 환자의 병리학적 반응률을 결정하기 위해(아암 B).

  • 환자는 American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC) 8판에서 절제 불가능한 IIIB-IV기로 정의된 활동성 진행성 흑색종을 가지고 있어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 피부, 말단 흑자 또는 점막 원발 부위에서 기원한 흑색종이 있어야 합니다. 원발 부위가 알려지지 않은 흑색종 환자가 적합합니다. 환자는 안구 원발 부위의 흑색종이 없어야 합니다.
