Denne observasjons-, tverrsnittsstudien vil rekruttere 220 analyserbare YA-overlevende gjennom Wake Forest National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) Research Base (WF NCORP RB). Data vil bli samlet inn ved hjelp av et nettbasert grensesnitt og vil fange opp fysiske, psykososiale og kognitive seneffekter; arbeidsevne; arbeidsrelaterte utfall, inkludert arbeidsstyrkedeltakelse, yrke, arbeidsplasskarakteristikker og utdanningsnivå; overlevende egenskaper; og informasjon om kreftdiagnose/behandling (fra kliniske journaler). >= 2 til < 10 år etter kreftdiagnose (per diagnostisk patologirapport)
Diagnostisert med første kreft (enhver type unntatt typer oppført i eksklusjonskriteriene nedenfor) i en alder >= 15 år

Mottar for tiden aktiv kreftbehandling (akseptabelt å være på vedlikehold eller hormonelle terapier)
