Inclusion Criteria:

  • BMI included between 18.5 and 25 kg/m²
  • non smoking
  • moderated hypercholesterolemia

Exclusion Criteria:

  • food allergy
  • diabetes
  • high blood pressure
  • kidney deficiency
  • thyroid deficiency
  • metabolism deficiency
