Inclusion criteria:

  • CDAI > 220 und < 450
  • Biologika naiv
  • CD seit > 6 Monaten

Exclusion criteria:

  • other TNF-Blocker
  • Steroids > 40 mg
  • Malignoma in der Anamnesis
