Inclusion Criteria:
- Diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG)
- Subject on one topical hypotensive medication
Exclusion Criteria:
- Traumatic, uveitic, neovascular, or angle closure glaucoma
- Fellow eye already enrolled
