Inclusion Criteria:

  • Grade of 2 to 5 in elementary schools and grade of 1 to 2 in middle schools.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Suffering or any history of disabilities, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, metabolic diseases, etc.
