Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age 1-7 years old
  • Primary DDH

Exclusion Criteria:

  • • Paralytic hip DX in cases of (Cerebral palsy,Meningomyelocele,Neuropathy or Myopathy)

    • Recurrent cases of DDH
    • Past history of ipsilateral distal femoral fractures
