Working with customers across research, industrial, and healthcare settings, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers opportunities to work with advanced technology while contributing to scientific advancement and innovation.REQUIREMENTS:\u2022 Advanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments\u2022 Preferred Fields of Study: Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field\u2022 Additional relevant certifications are advantageous\u2022 Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose issues down to component level\u2022 Experience with ultra-high vacuum systems and high voltage equipment preferred\u2022 Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal\u2022 Strong organizational and time management capabilities\u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and service management software\u2022 Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics\u2022 Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50-75% within assigned territory\u2022 Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various laboratory environments\u2022 Proficiency in English required; additional languages beneficial\u2022 Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently\u2022 Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards\u2022 Ability to respond to customer needs with short notice\u2022 Ability to effectively train and support customers on equipment operation\u2022 Experience documenting service activities and preparing detailed reports\u2022 Demonstrated success in meeting customer satisfaction goals
\u2022 Willing to work in semiconductor fabs/cleanrooms and are comfortable adhering to cleanroom attire and protocols. Prior semiconductor industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory
