Operate Machinery:\u00A0Efficiently and safely manage assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make vital adjustments.
Setup and Maintenance:\u00A0Participate in line opening and machine setup.
Compliance:\u00A0Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies to the Area Supervisor.
Quality Control:\u00A0Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance. Continuously supervise products for defects.
Process Improvement:\u00A0Suggest improvements to improve the production process.
Training:\u00A0Assist in training and developing peers.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), including technical and scientific language.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours a day).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform repetitive movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, grasping, and crouching.
