Summarized Purpose:
We are seeking a Lead Tableau Developer to design, develop, and support scalable business intelligence and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Tableau development, reporting, and analytics
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Optimize dashboard performance and data models
- Develop and maintain ETL/data integration processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong expertise in Tableau development and visualization best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Must Have Skills:
- Tableau development expertise
- Advanced SQL and data modeling
- Dashboard optimization and performance tuning
- Stakeholder management and requirement gathering
Good to Have Skills:
- Python or scripting knowledge
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices
Working Hours:
- India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
- Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
