You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient manufacture of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully by enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer through innovative manufacturing solutions.You will manage process improvement projects, provide technical expertise for new product introductions, develop and validate manufacturing processes, and implement automation solutions. Working with R&D, Quality, Production, and other departments, you'll optimize existing processes while ensuring consistent product quality and regulatory compliance. Your analytical skills and engineering expertise will help drive cost reductions, improve efficiencies, and enhance manufacturing capabilities across our operations.REQUIREMENTS:\u2022 Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar)\u2022 Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or related field)\u2022 Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications beneficial

\u2022 Plastic Injection Molding 3 years of experience.\u2022 Lean Six Sigma certification preferred\u2022 Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements\u2022 Expertise in process validation, equipment qualification, and change control management\u2022 Proficient in statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies\u2022 Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and manufacturing control systems\u2022 Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams\u2022 Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives\u2022 Experience with CAD software and manufacturing documentation systems\u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills\u2022 Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment\u2022 Experience supporting engineers and technicians\u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software\u2022 Ability to travel up to 20% as needed\u2022 Must be able to work in cleanroom environments when required\u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\u2022 Experience with risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysis\u2022 Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
