You'll supervise production activities, ensure quality standards, and implement continuous improvement while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements. This role combines effective leadership with operational management to deliver high-quality products that support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.You'll provide supportive leadership to ensure operational excellence, maintain safety and quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing daily production operations, developing team members, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing processes, and collaborating across functions to achieve business objectives.REQUIREMENTS:Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Business, or related technical field
Experience supervising manufacturing/production operations.
Strong people leadership and team management skills.
Experience leading and developing teams, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings, managing performance through PMDs, and using a range of people management and employee support tools to drive engagement and performanceStrong knowledge of quality management systems
Willingness to be trained in first aid and emergency response.Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesEffective leadership and team development skills
Create and analyse KPI's to improve performanceStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesClear written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in various environmental conditions including, warehouses and manufacturing areasPhysical requirements include standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionallyExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
Experience working in a COMAH environment preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability in operational excellence and process improvementsAbility to work, weekends, support overtime or on-call schedules as requiredCommitment to safety and regulatory complianceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across functions
