TheGeneral Management Graduate Leadership Development Program (GM GLDP)is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiencesneededfor a career as a General Manager.

As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicantsare required tobe geographically flexible and mobile for theGM GLDPand post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection.Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position.

Strategic Business Impact

TheGMGLDPis athree-year programset to occur betweenJuly 12, 2027 –July 2030.Participants will complete three, twelve-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gainingproficiencywith our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities willinclude:formal development sessions,dedicated Executive Mentorship,utilizationof our Practical Process Improvement (PPI)methodology,and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Critical capabilities for theGM GLDPinclude:

• End-to-End Operations 

Compensation

OurGM GLDPoffers a starting salary of$165,000in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, Equity Grant,andRelocation Assistance. 

What We Look For

Academic Background & Work Experience:

• MBAstudent completing theirdegree betweenDecember 2026– June 2027with an Undergraduate degree in one of the following: Business, Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field of study.

• 3+ years(5+ preferred)work experience post-Undergraduate degree – ideally gained in large, forward-thinking, global organizations. Experience in Life Sciences or STEM-related industryrequired.

• 1+yearsexperiencemanaging direct reports.

Leadership Profile:

• Proven leadership experience witha track recordof influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.

• Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities.

• Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

• Geographic mobility and flexibilityrequiredto pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.

• Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and isrequiredthroughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations.
