You'll work at the intersection of technology and customer success, helping integrate our advanced microscopy, analytical, and digital solutions into customer workflows. This customer-facing role offers opportunities to develop and implement new techniques, provide comprehensive training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTS:\u2022 Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience, with hands-on experience with relevant analytical instruments (e.g., SEM, TEM, FIB)\u2022 Preferred Fields of Study: Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related field\u2022 Deep understanding of semiconductor physics, device operation, and failure analysis techniques\u2022 Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C#, or MATLAB\u2022 Experience with automated workflows, data analysis, and system integration\u2022 Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills\u2022 Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and training\u2022 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\u2022 Demonstrated experience working effectively in cross-functional teams\u2022 Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance\u2022 Proficiency in English required\u2022 Ability to travel up to 40%\u2022 Valid passport and driver's license required\u2022 Clean room experience preferred
