Frontage Laboratories, Inc., is a US based global CRO & CRDMO offering end-to-end integrated product development services from drug discovery through late-phase clinical trials and manufacturing. Frontage Clinical Services, an early-phase, full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) and business unit of Frontage Laboratories headquartered in Exton, PA, operates from a 36,000 sq. ft. dedicated facility in Secaucus, NJ. The site includes 160 beds across three units, each with its own nursing station, crash cart, wet lab, and complete clinical support infrastructure. We deliver comprehensive Phase I–II clinical trials, including SAD, Food Effect, MAD, bioequivalence, bioavailability, DDI, hAME, safety/efficacy, and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic studies, along with other early development programs. Our capabilities also extend to specialized services such as medical writing, biometrics, regulatory submissions, and data management—providing high-quality data with speed, precision, and full regulatory compliance.
Frontage Bioanalytical Services provide comprehensive, regulatory-compliant support for drug development programs from discovery through post-marketing. With specialized expertise in LC-MS/MS, ligand-binding, and cell-based assays, our globally integrated teams in the US and China deliver high-quality PK, ADA, biomarker and genomics analysis for both small and large molecule therapeutics. We are known for our scientific rigor, rapid turnaround times, and ability to tailor solutions to complex bioanalytical challenges, enabling our clients to accelerate development and meet global regulatory requirements.
Frontage Central Laboratory Services deliver end-to-end global support for clinical trials from early to late phases, combining scientific excellence with fully integrated logistics. Our CAP-accredited and CLIA-certified facilities provide a broad menu of safety, efficacy, and biomarker testing across hematology, chemistry, immunology, genomics, and specialized assays. Beyond testing, Frontage offers comprehensive operational solutions including clinical kit design and production, global kit and specimen shipment management with temperature-controlled logistics, laboratory manual development and maintenance, specimen reconciliation and archival tracking, as well as Site Initiation Visit (SIV) and sample management training for investigator sites.
