FACT-Lym hodnotí kvalitu života související se zdravím (HRQoL) u účastníků s nehodgkinským lymfomem. Zahrnuje 27 položek specifický pro rakovinu FACT-G (General), který hodnotí fyzickou, sociální/rodinnou, emocionální a funkční pohodu, plus 15položkovou subškálu, která hodnotí obavy specifické pro lymfom. Každá položka je hodnocena na stupnici od 0 (vůbec ne) do 4 (velmi vysoké), což dává možné skóre 0-168, přičemž vyšší skóre představuje lepší HRQoL. Tato analýza využívala model se smíšeným efektem s opakovaným měřením (MMRM) analýzy změny oproti základní linii úpravy pro základní kovariáty.

Přístroj EQ-5D je účastníkem hodnocený dotazník používaný k hodnocení zdravotního stavu. EQ-5D hodnotí pět dimenzí (mobilita, sebeobsluha, obvyklá aktivita, bolest/nepohodlí a úzkost/deprese), které účastníci hodnotí pomocí tří úrovní (žádný problém, nějaký problém nebo extrémní problém), a také celkový zdravotní stav. . Těchto pět dimenzí lze kombinovat pomocí vah specifických pro zemi a vytvořit tak odhad celkového skóre zdravotního stavu. Možné hodnoty skóre se pohybují od -0,594 (závažné problémy ve všech 5 dimenzích) do 1 (žádný problém ve všech dimenzích) na škále, kde 1 představuje nejlepší možný zdravotní stav.
