Inklusionskriterier:

  • Klinisk diagnose af ikke-småcellet lungekræft
  • Ikke-småcellet lungekræft, der ikke kan helbredes med kirurgi, stråling eller kombineret modalitet kemoradiation
  • Mislykkedes to tidligere kemoterapiregimer, som må have inkluderet platin
  • Målbar sygdom

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Behandling med mere end to tidligere kemoterapiregimer
  • Anamnese med knoglemarvstransplantation eller stamcellestøtte
  • Gravide eller ammende kvinder
  • Kendt historie med tidligere gefitinib-behandling
  • Kendt historie med tidligere TLK286-terapi
