Ensisijainen tavoite:

Ylläpidä ja laajenna akuuttia lymfoblastista leukemiaa, kroonista lymfosyyttileukemiaa, akuuttia myelooista leukemiaa, kroonista myelooista leukemiaa tai myelodysplastista oireyhtymää sairastavien potilaiden erittäin karakterisoitujen näytteiden kudosvarastoja.

Muut tavoitteet rahoituksen salliessa:

Kehitä laboratoriomäärityksiä leukemian nopeaa ja tarkkaa diagnoosia varten käyttämällä luuytimen ja ääreisverinäytteitä.
Määritä biologiset, geneettiset ja molekyyliparametrit, jotka erottavat ihmisen leukemian eri alatyypit, joilla on erilaiset vasteet hoitoon, ja kehittää näihin parametreihin perustuvia "riskiin mukautettuja" terapeuttisia lähestymistapoja terapeuttisten hoito-ohjelmien räätälöimiseksi, potilaiden satunnaistamiseksi tai kerrostamiseksi kliinisissä tutkimuksissa tai muuten auttamiseksi. terapeuttisessa päätöksenteossa.
