Client Services Coordinator - Madison, WI

• Communicates with internal partners and external clients to provide superior customer service to support retail or routine accounts.
• Provides information for clients (e.g. Pricing, Capabilities, Status, Sample Submission)
• Submits and coordinates client requests for re-testing, additional testing, OOS investigations, and changes that are needed.
• Performs data entry into, NIMS, EOL, CLQ and other databases, as appropriate.
• Coordinates conference calls with clients as needed.
• Coordinates client visits as needed.
• Contributes to assigned process improvement projects and supports implementation when needed.
• Schedule:  Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm

• Bachelors in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1+ years of related experience (Food Science or Customer Service) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
• Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in a scientific or logistics environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work to many deadlines at one time
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with internal and external clients
• Positive attitude and sense of urgency
• Thick skinned and able to take and give difficult news
• Able to accept responsibility for company errors
• Ability to learn new tasks
• Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Reside within a commutable distance to Madison, WI lab.

• Flexibility to participate in meetings across various time zones outside core working hours
• Occasionally working extended hours in order to adhere to client deliverable timelines
