Job Summary

As a manager, you will be an integral member of the Information Design team—a group of writers, designers, technical communicators, and other creative individuals who are passionate about improving lives. We provide creative guidance and develop compelling content, branding, documents, and trainings for a wide audience. We are seeking managers who are dedicated to employee engagement and development, as well as growing the services we provide, with experience in learning and development and/or branding and content development.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative direction and project management on client work, which may include any of the following:
- Compelling branding, content, and assets that help patients and medical professionals
- Engaging videos (live action or animated) to introduce procedures or complex concepts for intended audiences
- User documentation, interactive training, and corporate templates
- Manage challenging situations, creating solutions to complex problems
- Champion department projects and initiatives that improve how we work
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for our team of creatives
- Partner with the broader Medpace team to communicate the creative process and hold space for innovative ideas from your team while ensuring we deliver high-quality materials within targeted timelines
- Bring your passion for creative, science/medicine, mentorship, and collaboration every day as we work to improve patients’ lives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in professional writing, graphic design, or similar focus, and 6+ years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
