Associate Data Manager

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time Associate Clinical Data Manager to join our Data Management team in our Mumbai office. • Develop and maintain Data Management Plan
• Oversee development and maintenance of CRF specifications, CRF completion guidelines, edit check specifications, and external database specifications
• Oversee EDC design, development, validation
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and Data Management teams to ensure quality and timely deliverables
• Develop project metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Represent Data Management in sponsor meetings and cross-functional discussions
• Coordinate overall Data Management by serving as the primary contact for the Sponsor, external data providers and all project team members

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of clinical Data Management experience, including managing multiple clinical projects and serving as the primary sponsor contact.
• Prior experience in line management, team and project leadership, and Data Management deliverables
• Strong understanding of clinical Data Management processes, database structures, and clinical research methodologies.
• Proficiency with EDC, Excel, and data analysis tools (experience with Rave or SAS preferred)
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research concepts
