상세 설명
무릎 OA는 다른 형태의 관절염보다 더 많은 건강 문제와 의료 비용을 유발합니다. OA의 증상은 뻣뻣함과 경미한 통증에서 심한 관절통과 심지어 장애에 이르기까지 다양합니다. 이전 연구에서는 무릎 통증, 이전 무릎 부상 또는 무릎 수술, 손의 OA 또는 비만과 같은 특정 요인이 무릎 OA를 유발할 수 있음을 보여주었습니다. OAI는 OA에 대한 잠재적인 바이오마커에 대한 정보와 OA 발병 및 진행 경향에 대한 정보를 수집할 무릎 OA에 대한 다기관 관찰 연구입니다.
OAI는 4개의 임상 센터 중 한 곳에서 8년 동안 무릎 OA가 있거나 무릎 OA 발병 위험이 높은 참가자를 모집하고 추적할 것입니다. 혈액 및 소변 수집, 자기 공명 영상(MRI) 및 X-레이는 연간 4회 후속 방문 시마다 완료됩니다. 스크리닝 시 설문지 및 신체 검사를 통해 무릎 OA의 발달 및 진행에 대한 위험 요소를 평가합니다. 무릎 통증 및 신체 장애의 수준은 설문지 및 검사에 의해 연구 시작 및 각각의 후속 방문에서 평가될 것입니다.
