I. 아동 종양학 그룹(COG) 프로토콜에 등록된 환자를 추적하고 유지하기 위한 메커니즘을 개발합니다.

III. LTFC(장기 추적 센터)의 후속 조치를 목표로 하는 COG(또는 레거시 그룹) 프로토콜에 대한 후속 조치를 놓친 환자를 찾습니다.
IV. COG 통계 및 데이터 센터(SDC)와 각 환자의 COG 기관에 현재 환자 연락처 정보 및 자가/부모 보고 건강 상태 업데이트를 제공합니다.
V. LTFC 감독 위원회, SDC 및 회원 기관과의 협력을 통해 프로토콜별 결과 데이터 수집을 용이하게 합니다.
